Once set up, our MacTurn 250W has been designed to have as little human intervention as possible. This machine is capable of taking raw material and turning it into the perfect job without extensive handling 24 hours a day. We are also able to stack complex castings which in turn can be loaded and returned to the table with the robot arm, or the completed parts can be unloaded onto a conveyor belt which leads straight to the packing station.

We choose to run only Okuma CNC machines for ease of programming, interchanging of tools and training of staff.

The machine also boasts a conveyer with water drop so as not to damage parts which can reduce polishing for some products. The MacTurn enables us to machine medium to large production runs utilising the crane plus the sophisticated machining processes to run unmanned.
